Conveniently located to I-20, downtown Augusta, shopping, lodging and dining, the restored c. 1898 facility features unique architectural details and modern amenities for any occasion. Sacred Heart is the perfect location for intimate gatherings or large celebrations, receptions, corporate meetings, family reunions and special fundraising events.

The Great Hall affords many possibilities in the layout and design of your event. The fully equipped caterer’s kitchen and on-site tables and chairs allow for effortless set-up. Comfortably appointed conference rooms, which also serve as Bride's and Groom's Rooms, are available and feature separate entrances to the Great Hall. Guests will find a lush courtyard and ample parking located on-site with easy access to the facility. An elevator and ramp are accessible for guests who prefer a stair-free entrance.

RENTAL PRICING

  • Monday-Thursday 12-hour rental: $1,250.00
  • Friday or Sunday 12-hour rental: $2,500.00
  • Saturday 12-hour rental: 3,000.00

  • Auditorium style seating up to 600
  • Table seating up to 240

 

BRIDE'S ROOM / GROOM'S ROOM

  • Conference Room downstairs with a table and chairs. Additional table/chairs available for use.
  • Room can be used as a dressing room for brides if permission is obtained through the office.
  • Separate Groom's Room can be used as a dressing room for grooms if permission is obtained through the office.

PARKING AREAS

  • There are approximately 190 visitor parking places located in the lot across the street and to the left of the building and grounds.
  • There are approximately 100 additional places in the surrounding area.

Monday - Thursday, 3-hour rental between 9:00 am - 9:00 pm:  $350 

Option to purchase up to two additional hours for $125 per hour, maximum 5 hours.

Availability for up to forty guests (wedding party included)

Event can take place in the Great Hall (includes tables & chairs)

OR in the Courtyard Garden (renter must provide tables & chairs)
