ARTIST BIOS:
Jessica Graham
Having been born into a multigenerational family of artists, my decision to pursue an education in Art and Interior Design was natural. I obtained a B.S. in Interior Design and a minor in Art. My formal education afforded me the fundamentals which enhanced my natural talents. Working corporately for several years, I felt something was missing. I decided to pursue art full time. This was not unknown to me, as many members of my family had thriving careers in the arts. My passion, continuing education and studio time allows me the ability to continue offering exceptional art to my clients. “To capture the essence of a subject but leaving out the obvious. I continually strive for softer edges, luminous layers, and less details instead of more. Abstract realism gives wings to the viewer’s imagination, and I love the challenge of deconstructing the image to its most simplistic form.”
Terry is a native of Montgomery, Alabama, and a graduate of the University of Alabama. Terry has painted for many years, almost exclusively in oils, and he has worked under the guidance and mentorship of Dick Dunlap and David Mascaro. He has attended workshops conducted by Anne Blair Brown, Aline Ordman, Jim Swanson, and others. He has exhibited works in numerous venues in the Augusta area. He is a member of the Mascaro Art Group and Oil Painters of America, and he is represented by the Art on Broad gallery in Augusta.
Pam Thompson
After a brief career in corporate finance and several years devoted to raising her family as a stay-at-home mom, Augusta-based artist Pam Thompson discovered a deep and lasting passion for painting. What began as a personal creative exploration quickly grew into a meaningful artistic journey rooted in her love for color, beauty, and a desire to connect with the Creator through her work.
Pam paints primarily in oils and acrylics, focusing on capturing the splendor of the natural world. Her art reflects a sense of peace, joy, and reverence for nature, often rendered in a traditional style, though she also enjoys exploring the freedom and emotion found in more expressionistic pieces.
Pam’s work has been exhibited at numerous venues throughout the Augusta area and has earned multiple awards. Her paintings are held in private collections across the region. She is a member of the Mascaro Art Group, a local collective of artists.
Pam lives with her husband Bill and their Cavapoo, Daisy. To view her portfolio, visit PamThompsonArt.com. For inquiries about available works, you can email her at pamaug@comcast.net. Follow her creative journey on Instagram: @PThompsonArt.
